Job Description
Job Location : Malad, Airoli
- Perform daily Collateral activities for client.
- Reconciliation of clients portfolio with counterparties and resolve any trade discrepancies that is impacting the margin call.
- Interacting with India/UK/US colleagues for margin call break resolution.
- Interacting with clients and counterparties.
- Ensuring accurately and timely preparation of payment transfer to meet the currency cut-off.
- Resolution of cash breaks.
- Should be able to perform testing of application for any new functionality introduced.
- Provide application/process & product knowledge to new hires.
- Timely escalation of critical issues.
- Any other responsibility from time to time.
Display:
Essential
- Qualification 2-3 years of Post Graduate experience or Graduate with relevant experience of 3-5 yrs
- Good written / oral communication / Interpersonal skills
- Understand clients requirements / Interest. Escalates to higher ups before delivering any client specific requirements.
- Prepares exception documents and forward the same to the higher ups for necessary approval.
- Proactive in taking additional responsibilities

Deliver:
- All potential collateral Margin calls issued/received to be complete before cut off time.
- Ensure clients confidentiality is maintained at all levels written and verbal.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed before the stipulated cut off & submitted for review
- Ensure at any given day there are no breaks outstanding for more than 3 days
- Ensure all breaks are commented appropriately
- Zero escalation post review
- Perform UAT and completes test cases assigned within stipulates time
- To work closely with the team to ensure Client SLA are met
