We are currently seeking a Software Development Solution Architect to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Role overview
As a senior architect, resource will analyse business and technical designs/processes and determine appropriate technology solutions for customer. You will lead the architecture & design on a variety of complex project in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will be working closely with business users, business analysts & solution architects team to build technology solutions.
You will be managing project of critical importance and developing advanced/leading-edge technologies and/or concepts. You will be creatively and strategically supports key business objectives
Responsibilities:

• Analyzes, defines, and documents systems scope, objectives, and overall design.
• Drives innovation by managing new initiatives and technology recommendations with a primary focus of driving software solutions.
• Prepares detailed systems and program specifications
• Performs design reviews across the organization
• Prepares project proposals and develops project plans
• Consults and advises on multiple technical solution to business problems
• Ensures products and services are aligned with current and future needs and expectations.
• Simplify and streamline the existing complex system
• Resolves customer issues with software solutions and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements
• Interacts with business users, I/T, vendors and customers to define current and future application requirements
• Expert in one or more technical areas and guides others

Requirements

• 10+ year relevant experience in IT industry in Core Banking application/software development area
• Technology/process expert in Mainframe
• Technical Skill: Mainframe
• Processes Knowledge: SDLC phases, Business requirement liaising, Estimation.
• Domain knowledge - Retail Banking domain knowledge mandatory
• Strong understanding of business impact of technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 4 year college degree in Engineering discipline preferred
