We are currently seeking a Business Sys. Analysis Senior Analyst to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Ensure the EMR Application is up and available to end-users by providing Level-2 Application Support. Provide support and maintenance to the applications. Coordinate with onsite team/ Subject Matter Experts on day to day basis to understand work and complete assigned tasks. Interact with end-users onsite to resolve their issues. The requirement is to work on shifts to support US healthcare customers. 24*7 Application Support.
