The role is primarily manage the headcount forecast and the expenses associated with the headcount.
The core responsibilities would be:
Workday (HR tool) approvals of offers and requisitions
Anaplan (FP&A System) forecast & data management at the position level
Standard commentary, Start dates, terminations, transfers, etc
Bonus forecasting - Sign-on, retention, spot Attrition Model monthly maintenance Standard HC reporting
