Description:
The Senior Marketing Operations Analyst is responsible for classifying, validating & assigning the marketing & partner leads that are entered into the CRM database to appropriate sales territories. Should have very strong knowledge of the US healthcare industry & be able to deep dive for information to ensure completeness of CRM data. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter with strong knowledge of research & use of the internet to retrieve the required information. Should be able to process & complete ad-hoc data quality research request within TAT & accuracy, with limited guidance. Have strong web research skills & decision-making capabilities to identify the trustworthy source of information.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Validate & classify leads that enter the system via online & offline marketing using web research & assign them to the appropriate sales territory teams for follow ups.

  • Process leads submitted by our partners and lock the account to the appropriate partner to ensure that they receive due credit.

  • Must adhere to process & make process improvement suggestions. Process all information provided to clean, usable data for end users.

  • Conduct secondary research by utilizing online data sources for filling out gaps in CRM data. Will be responsible for data integrity checks, report anomalies, and coordinates with teams for resolution.

  • Complete ad-hoc data quality research requests within TAT with accuracy using strong decision-making capabilities, with limited guidance.

  • Perform in-depth market research aimed at gathering data that supports marketing & sales organizations to make informed business decisions.

  • Perform secondary market research, competitive analysis, industry and company profiling market sizing, forecasting and identifying best practices within a specific industry segment. This information should be compiled into a report which will help sales & marketing teams to take informed decisions on their strategic objectives.

  • Adhere to timelines and quality checks and ensuring an error free deliverable

  • Perform reliable research using a variety of trustworthy research sources.

Requirements:

  • A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential. 2-5 years work experience in CRM preferably Salesforce and CRM fusion tools.

  • Any Graduate / Post graduate with a strong willingness to pursue a career.

  • Healthcare Technology experience preferred

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Must possess strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills as well as excellent time-management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to be highly productive and efficient in a team driven environment.

  • Willingness to be continually challenged and learn from mistakes.

  • Work with minimally guidance.

  • Strong web research, data validation, problem solving and decision-making skills.
