Job Description- Sr. Associate, Lockbox

Check Processing is a part of Global Payments and Treasury Services Operations. Check Processing team deals with checks for clearing payments, reconciliation and processing return items. Items processing is a sub process of check processing team deals with check to process MICR lines.

The eligibility criteria for the candidate as follows.

Graduate.
Basic understanding of check or payments.
Freshers/Maximum 1 year of experience in any field.
36/wpm (words per minute).
Willing to work in rotational and night shifts.
Flexible with weekend working. (As its a 24x6 shift)
Basic knowledge for MS Excel
Good communication skill for handling customer queries
Effective decision making, attention to the minutest detail, ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
