Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing profitability of the assigned locations.
  • Job involves visit target customers on regular basis, consultants, architects, builders, interior designers & Project Distributors for promotion & Sales of the products.
  • Build pipeline of premium high end projects through cold calling and through the relationship built with the above influencer segment.
  • Convert the pipeline in to sales handling whole gamut of product specification/Pricing and negotiation for successful closure.
  • Work closely with the channel partners in identifying key influencers and high end residential projects.
  • Establish and maintain prime relationship with relevant officers of the target customer's team, particularly with key decision-makers.
  • Should be able to handle Project liaison & coordination activities for any new establishment or the existing one.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Should have Project sales experience, Meeting Architect, Builders, Interior Designers, PMCS, contractors
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills and interpersonal interaction.
  • Utilizes highly developed negotiating skills to meet territory targets and objectives.
