• Researches, develops, recommends, and executes creative strategies to foster the organizations diversity goals.
• Develops and/or acquires training and development to aid diversity and retention initiatives.
• Measure and analyses data to evaluate diversity standards and goals.
• Good knowledge of labor and human right legislation
• Hands-on experience designing company policies like anti-discrimination and equal employer opportunity
• Extremely good in managing people and Stakeholders
• Proficient in planning projects and effectively managing tasks
• Process Oriented / Adheres to timelines
• Proficient in comprehending / articulating & presenting

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6 - 11 years of experience in handling similar role
• Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
