Roles and Responsibilities

1. Will handle the team of 10 RMs who will be responsible for client acquition & trading.

2. The person will handle a branch independently and be responsible for all matters related to sales, revenue generation, compliance, and other admin issues.

3. Train, drive and track the team on defined Business objectives.

4. Go on joint calls with team members handholding them to close leads across broking and cross-sell products

5. Ensure adherence to all processes laid down by the company including compliance, certifications, branch displays, implementation of policies, and maintenance of statutory timings, discipline, and cleanliness of branch premises.
