Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, CCRM data appraisals and consultation with line managers
Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
Deploy a wide variety of training methods
Conduct soft skill programs/ managerial program when required
Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions where required and check feedback for the same, giving solutions for various issues as required in conjunction with different departments
Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success and periodically and report on them
Provide inputs and develop ongoing training programs
Maintain MIS of all training Induction sales/ support teams, OJTs, Soft Skills, Feedback among others.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven working experience as a training manager
Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
Strong report writing and record keeping ability
Candidate having experience of working in Banks/BPO/Insurance would be preferred.
