Job Opening For Construction Manager @ Onshore Construction

Designation: Construction Manager / RCM 

Location : Gorakpur / Vizag 

Experience: 15-20 years 

Qualification : Degree / Diploma in Mechanical 

1. Manage day-to-day operation at the project site
2. Manage project budgets, cash-flow and project profitability throughout the life of the project as per the mandate
3. Manage relationships with Industrial Contractors, clients, involved and affected departments / functions / people
4. Manage projects completion on time and within budgets with desired quality and safety
5. Manage timely billing and its certification of the completed / final work on the project as per the schedule
6. Manage adherence to the processes applicable to the project
7. Escalate risks, issues beyond tolerance limit to the PM
8. Liaise with local authorities for matter related to site
9. Build and maintain an adequate group structure and staffing in line with the business objectives of the organization
10. Plan and manage the affairs of the site Project team, including budgeting, staffing, monitoring, etc.
11. Plan, manage and be responsible for the performance of his team, as also their skills building and career development activities
12. Ensure all activities of mobilization stage are completed
13. Ensure site readiness for commencement of project execution
14. Ensure statute compliance
15. Deliver the project(s) within time and resource budgets in accordance with the agreed contract / work order
16. Verify and review design specifications to ensure correctness and operating efficiency
17. Verify and review feasibility of execution in terms of drawings and relevant specifications
18. Ensure identification and tracking of critical tasks for project
19. Coordinate with site core-team (Field In-charge, QAQC In-charge, Planning In-charge, HSE In-charge, Admin In-charge, Accounts In-charge and Stores In-charge) to track work completion and handover
20. Produce daily status reports to the reporting authority and to the customer
21. Ensure proper handover of project deliverable to the client in coordination with site core-team and customer representatives at project site
22. Ensure follow-up recommendation are sent to the client
23. Ensure project closure certification is obtained from the client
