**Looking for someone who is serving notice period and can join by Jan'22

Oracle BI Publisher

• 9+ years of Technical experience in Oracle BIP with expertise in Support and Development of reports
• Strong Knowledge of Functionality with the other oracle cloud SCM, Finance applications
• Provide technical expertise in the troubleshooting of the Reports Oracle Cloud.
• Augment the client's business systems support staff in providing support for both on and off hours as well as weekend support.
• Respond to and resolve priority incidents/tickets. Provide status and process area updates.
• Validates prioritization and categorization of tickets, changes, and enhancements with the business.
• Maintain close coordination with IT and business owners and work with leads to balance workload across resources/Fusion ERP Cloud application.
• Facilitate user acceptance and validation of functionality with the business.
• Identify areas for process improvement
• Available for on-call 24x7 support for Priority1 issues
