Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities : Managing a team of sales managers and area sales managers Maintaining relationship with Zonal heads of channel partners(ICICI bank, ICICI Securities & ICICI Housing Finance) Ensure attachment , penetration and double sum insure through home loan department team of channel partner Responsible to make sure , cross- selling of GI products to customers is done through bank team and internal sales team Responsible for the interdepartmental coordinating with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations Liaison with the Operations team in rolling out day-to-day processes Feedback to Risk, Product Managers, Sales team on product customizations, ratings etc
