ROLE MISSION Working in a fast-paced scale up environment, you will partner with global team and business leaders to deliver world class work as Design -Team Lead working with some of our prestigious client in Sportwear, FMCG, Automobile segments.

The Design Team Lead continues to build on already strong foundations in Digital and Print Activations and Delivery including eCom, Commercial, Brand Activation adaptations, social media, retail POS, and possesses the desire to increase their involvement in projects.

WHAT YOU WILL YOU BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE:

  • Work in true collaboration with adidas and be responsible for Brand Guardianship on their projects to ensure that the client experience is as positive as possible.
  • To manage the creative department in their center of excellence Including design , moving image , art working and copy teams with a strong focus in delivering on brand and to deadline and knowing when and how to push the creative boundaries.
  • Lead the conceptual creative approach across your team and projects.
  • Develop and direct how to deliver efficiently high volumes of design and copy for a global team.
  • Constantly evolve and guide best practices on design and copy delivery.
  • Set up team structures and introduce roles and responsibilities for all designers, moving image, artworkers and copywriters globally.
  • Work with off and nearshore team heads on how to deliver best in class work.
  • Responsible in solution building for all creative aspects and develop feedback loops with other departments to ensure your team get what they need to deliver, and your team is delivering correctly the first time.
  • Creative responsibility to ensure solutions are realized and delivered to the highest quality of creative standards across markets.
  • Keeping up to date with current cultural and design trends.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the wider creative team for the best creative output.
  • Accountable for creative growth targets for the account.
  • The ability to manage and develop junior team members and align their objectives to agreed KPI s.
  • A strong passion for sport brand.
  • Ideally a strong background in a retail environment, both online and offline.

  • Excellent internal and client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence stakeholders and build strong and effective working relationships.
  • A highly developed and honed creative flair across digital, print and retail.
  • Solution driven, knowing how to deliver effectively and efficiently without affecting quality.
  • Strong leadership and creative delivery skills.
  • A highly creative thinker with the ability to take and positively influence client briefs with own innovative ideas to deliver those.
  • Confident in bringing the right skillsets and talent to projects.
  • A proven track record of developing strong client relationships and a consistent record of taking, interpreting, and delivering design projects within agreed timeframes.
  • Effective at organizing and prioritizing workloads to manage client delivery whilst simultaneously influencing clients with their own ideas and conceptual creativity.
  • The ability to manage and develop junior team members.
  • A clear understanding of all Inside Ideas group service and products and how to utilize this knowledge to the accounts advantage.
  • Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team whilst maintaining a top tier agency service.
  • Understanding the nuances of localization both from a cultural and copy POV.
  • 8- 10 years of relevant experience in:
  • Digital
  • Print
  • In-store print
  • Motion Graphics
  • Web Design
  • Artwork
  • Production
