ROLE MISSION Working in a fast-paced scale up environment, you will partner with global team and business leaders to deliver world class work in Artwork Designing working with some of our prestigious client in Sportwear, FMCG, Automobile segments.

You will be an Artwork Specialist who will be able to work from toolkits to remaster assets to sit across a range of formats. We are a friendly bunch that loves collaborating and learning together. WHAT YOU WILL YOU BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE:
Brand guardian.
- Taking care to deliver artwork projects within brand guidelines.
- Working closely with the team to spot occurrences on the brand when the brand guidelines are not being respected.
- Proactively monitor artwork quality, accuracy, and consistency.
Pack-shots.
- Retouching of packs, lock up design and layout.
Artwork .
- Assist our Design Lead, Integrated Designer and Creative Artworker in artwork. Artwork production across POS, brochure and national and local campaign assets where needed.
- Undertake artwork to the client s brief and exacting standards.
Adapts and Amends.
- Updates to existing work, getting the brief right first time. Using existing assets and stock imagery to create adapts of content.
Versioning.
- Diligence around version control. Making sure the team are following your lead.
Teamwork .
- Develop an effective working relationship with colleagues and client and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the team and account management to ensure a great user experience from design to implementation.
Internal communications.
- Support clients in presentation deck creation (PPT, keynote) and word document design
Best practice and Trend hunting.
- Take initiative to understand current and emerging design trends. Proactively bring them forward to the design team. Be the expert in artwork and guide the creative team where needed.
WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCESSFUL
- 3/5 years experience in Artwork / Design.
- Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite. Requirement is for competency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. After Effects advantageous
- Passionate about layout/design.
- Love working in a fast-paced adaptable environment
- Able to work both independently, and collaboratively within a team
- Strong communication skills able to express themselves clearly
- Ability to adhere to internal processes, including following brand guidelines
- Strong working knowledge of print marketing materials, and digital. Experience in management of artwork collateral.
- Desire to learn and offer new skills and do this without being prompted
- Ability to accurately prepare files for both print and web and run the relevant pre-production checks.
- Experience in interpreting and delivering artwork/design projects, within very tight timeframes
- Excellent customer service, teamwork, and time management skills
- Effectively manage workloads within agreed timescales
- 2 years Minimum Experience in Tools:
- InDesign
- Photoshop
