Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Understanding the Indian partition market

2. Profiles and standards for Indian market

3. Redesigning and working on new profiles for office partitions.

4. Expertise in understanding the layouts

5. Ability to give the best design option for the proposed layout based on the discussion with the customer and offer solutions for site requirements

6. Collaborate with SGRI team and develop Installation Tool Kit / Installation tools

7. Train Installers / Installation partners for skilling them on Office Partition systems

8. Work with the extruders for extrusion of profiles.

9. Coordinate with Vendors for developing Hardware suitable for office partition profiles.

Product management

a) Coordinate with other company entities for glass hardware solutions

b) Market insights qualitative and quantitative analysis

c) Competitor analysis

d) Identify new growth opportunities

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven working experience of 5- 8 years in Product Development and Design

• BE / BTECH Mechanical with technical background
• AutoCADD 2D & 3D expertise.

Possess working knowledge on Sketchup, CATIA and Solid works
