Roles and Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise & Verify transactions as per the agreed service standards & approved procedures;
Ensure effective customer service; management reports, presentations as per business requirements;
Maintain & update error ratchet, customer complaints tracker along with a corrective & preventive action plan;
Ensure comprehensive compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements as relevant for various product and services;
Launch/implement of any new Products and Processes;
Formulate process improvement ideas/projects in the unit resulting in cost saves or productivity improvements.
Identify training & development needs of the team & conduct training at frequent intervals to meet the training requirements;
Maintain team discipline (timings, attendance etc
