Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Connecting With new companies to Meet the Placements,OJT,Internship requirements as per the projects
- Liaising with Employers to ensure effective placements
- Conducting Placement Counselling Session at the Centres to ensure better placement.
- Need to ensure Candidates having 2-3 job opening offers after completing the training.
- Ensure Monthly Placement counselling session at the centres to meet placement guidelines of particular projects.
- Preparing the candidates through Mock interview & Placement counselling by State team.
- Conducting placement drive at the centres by employer as per project requirement
- Placement Assurance for trained candidates
- Making Boarding & Lodging arrangement of outside placed candidates
- Visiting Centres & State fields to Ensure complete required placement as per the projects
- Completing placement dossier of placed students at the centres for random inspection by government officials
- Collecting & sharing the placement documents with the state team from the employers.
- Ensuring the upload of placement documents on placement portal of assigned projects

Experience in Skill Training Projects of Various Central/ State Govt.
