Responsible for Portfolio Book Management for the Zone through a Team of Portfolio Managers and Cluster Manager.
Responsible for Acquisition and Growth of Fund Based (LAP, Cash Credit, OD, Term Loan, PCFC , PCL , FCTL etc) and Non Fund Based ( BG,LC, SBLC etc) Book.
Responsible for P&L and COA of the Zone. Responsible for Creating New Acquisition Strategies and Developing New Channels for the Zone. Responsible for Exception Management of the Zone in the given time frame.
Responsible for Cross Sale of Current A/C , Saving A/C , Life Insurance, General Insurance , Investments and Health Insurance in the WCF book for the Zone.
Responsible for hiring, training and development of the team. Supporting Product Management team in giving inputs on products, process to improve efficiency and productivity.
Responsible for building referral channel and DSA for NTB acquisition.
