The Junior Executive - CSO position will be based in Bangalore.
Here is a glimpse of what youll do
- Should manage the front end service centers in driving the KPI's of various brand associated with Front end activities.
- Responsible for demonstrating new product to service centres.
- Should be responsible as team leader to handle set of teams.
- Responsible for handling multiple service outlets.
- Responsible for driving KPI's.
- Should be responsible for handling escalations.
- Should be able to achieve the call closures within defined TAT.
- Responsible for report preparation.
Here is some of what youll need (required)
- Technical Qualification (Min. Diploma in Electronics/Comm.) with minimum 5 years of similar experience.
- Should have experience in coordination between different internal teams((IT/PM).
- Should have expertise in parts management.
- Should possess good communication skills.
- Should have experience in conducting technical audit.
- Should have basics in Excel.
Here are a few of our preferred experiences
- Preferably Diploma / B.E./B.Tech.
- Experience in EMS Industry.
