Roles and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for developing Dealer/Sub dealer network in the assigned territory.
2. Launch new products
3. Responsible for Sales through channels (Dealers/wholesalers and retailers).
4. Responsible for Sales Turnover, Customer experience, stakeholder relationship in the territory.
5. Responsible for Delivery of KPI thereby generating loyal network of influencers and creating awareness about the products to the market thereby increasing the brand value.
6. Identify streams of revenue generation
7. To expand the dealer, distributor, and retail network in the assigned territory.
8. Interacting and developing rapport with the customer at all levels for customer retention and achievement of service revenues.
9. Receivable management (Collection of all outstanding amount)
10. Scouting for opportunities to reach out to End consumers through various sources and increase business in the most cost effective way.
11. Collaborate and work with the internal teams to cater products to the market, improve delivery efficiency and achieve business results.
12. Understand competition offerings and constantly raise the bar of customer experience.
End customers: Aluminium fabricators, Glass fabricators, Interior contractors.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Proven working experience of 8-12 yrs as Territory manager, RSM or a relevant role in Channel sales.
2. Any graduate with MBA with proven Sales Track Record in Channel Sales (Option Preferred)
Any graduate with proven Sales Track Record in Channel management (Option Atleast)
