Understanding the client requirements & manage end-to-end recruitment
Explaining the job role & interview processes to the candidates
Following up with the candidates for Interviews

Required Candidate profile

Graduates & 1-3 yrs of recruitment experience into a BPO sector
Sourcing & calling candidates through Database /Job portals /Social media
Target Based Job
6 working days in a week
