Job Role:
Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies. Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
Required Skills:-
Basic computer knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Qualification: - Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
Under Graduate with minimum 1 Year experience in BPO.
Age Limit: 18 to 35 Years
Shift Timing: - 8 am to 9 pm (Any 9 hours)
Mandatory language- Fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi
