Roles and Responsibilities
AQUISITION OF PREMIUM CURRENT A/C &ASSET PRODUCTS
Acquire New to Bank Customers for Business Account /Trade,/Forex and pursue new business relationships
- Customer engagement / personal visits at pre-defined frequency
- Maintaining portfolio health i.e. Account activation & balance maintenance
- Understand customers business profile / requirements and fulfil needs via products/services such as Trade Finance / Forex, Cash Management Services, doorstep banking, Loans, Life Insurance / General Insurance etc.
Specialized resource to pro-actively resolve customer queries, service requirements, product customization, etc to ensure primary banking behaviour
- Help customer with appropriate products to fulfil family and business banking needs, including those of Group Firms, and thereby maximize relationship value
- Documentation and login process for current account and other cross selling products KYC for prospective customers, field verification etc.
