Handle queries from business customers with the best use of customer service skills through chats, emails and calls in Telecom process.

Should have good verbal and writing communication skills.

Should able to manage customer's queries and have knowledge about upselling, downselling and cross selling.

Job Requisite

Education- UG/ Any graduate

Excellent voice communication skills

Immediate joiners

5 days working per week

Candidate should be flexible to rotational shift/ Night shifts

Both side transportation will be provided

Work from Home

Candidates should have 1 year of work experience in International voice process- Telecom ( Technical support, Customer support)

Location - Hyderabad
