Positions Available:
IT Recruitment Lead/Manager for Domestic IT Product/Captive Clients
Non-IT Recruitment Lead/Manager/Senior Manager for Middle east Clients
Prime Responsibilities:
Strong Revenue Focus
Attain Preferred Partner status with Existing/New Clients
Daily requirement allocation and work tracking of the team
Daily Follow-up with the Clients for new requirements, CV feedback, interview and offer follow-ups
Motivate, Mentor and Manage a team of 5-10 recruiters in a learning based environment.
Ability to resolve complex issues and queries
Qualification: Any Graduate and Above with Passion towards Recruitment
Experience: 3+ yrs of exp as recruitment Manager
Compensation: Best in the industry and as per the relevance of your experience.
