Globex is Hiring for Oracle Taleo which is deployed to Wipro.

As of now it is work From Home post PANDEMIC the particular Candidate need to report in Wipro Office Location.

Here the The Job Description,

Should have done at least 2-3 end-to-end Taleo Implementations
Should have 6+ years of Taleo experience
Should have strong understanding of Taleo Recruiting, Onboarding, Social Sourcing and TCC tools.
Should have strong techno-functional capabilities
Should have prior integration experience between Taleo and other HRMS like EBS, PeopleSoft etc.
Should have strong understanding of TCC Custom Steps and complex Projections
Should have prior experience of Requirement Gathering and Solution workshops
Should have worked on OBIEE
Should have worked on OVI Integrations, eQuest / Broadbean & Job Portals, Career Portal branding.
Should have prior experience of dealing with Customers directly
