Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, ANZ Install Base Specialist
The person will be working with Complaint Handling and Field teams where the key responsibility will be to maintain the accuracy of the Installed base by verifying whether the serialized components are installed behind the correct System ID. He/she would be required to search the various databases or get in touch with the Field Engineers or Director of Services to get the correct information like GIB, eDHR, GLPROD.
Responsibilities
Adding newly on-boarded customers on client ERP (install base mgmt.). Maintain existing records, make changes whenever requested
Resource will support part ordering related activities for end customers (hospitals, clinics etc)
Resource will be responsible to process invoicing on the customer application
Validation of all necessary documentation relating to invoicing activities, preparation & sending of invoices to customers
Checking of all invoices to ensure accuracy, including resolution of all invoicing requisites (e.g. bill to party)
Action/Assist with requests regarding issues at time of service request (SR)closure
To assist in reviewing service requests that are pending and action as appropriate
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor s Degree/ High School Diploma
Good written and verbal communication skills
MS Office Experience
Prior working knowledge of Oracle will be preferred
Experience in Supply chain domain
Preferred qualifications
Previous working experience in a similar kind of industry will be added advantage
Ensure 100% adherence to SOP s and compliance rules and regulation.
Ability to Handle Pressure with a 5 day working week and shift time beginning 5.30 AM
