Job Description
Context & Role:
Under Train-Hire-Deploy model, PNB MetLife hires Freshers as Interns for 6 month and basis the performance during Internships, a full-time job at the position of Assistant Relationship Manager at PNB Bancassurance channel is offered. During Internship, employees are taken through intensive training both online and on the job. A stipend of Rs. 10,000/- is paid to Interns during internship and post absorption as Assistant Relationship Manager, a fixed salary between 2,20,000 2,40,000 lakhs + Incentives + mobile and local reimbursements are offered.
The role is open for Female Candidates only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attending all the training programs conducted during 6 month period
- Regular visits to the assigned Branches
- Dealing with Life Insurance Product queries & prospect generation
- Interaction with branch walk-in customers for need identification
- Renewal Premium collection
- Handling ongoing queries
- Adhering to the compliance and company policies
Required Qualification:
- Candidate should be minimum graduate
Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Keen interest in Financial Markets
- Good communication skills, stakeholder management and inter-personal skills
- Resilience to meet set targets
- Ability to handle stress and work in fast paced environment
