Assistant Manager Business Research & Intelligence
In this role, you will be responsible for providing insights to Genpact s clients by conducting details market and business research to provide in-depth analysis on client s industry dynamics, their competitive position and provide support on future growth prospects.
Responsibilities
Ensure seamless execution of Market Research and Competitive Intelligence deliverables
Demonstrate ability to track and analyze global market development, competitive landscape, impact of economic trends on the industry, business scenario and growth prospects
Provide analytical interpretation of the data to conceptualize and build perspectives based on industry trends and their impact
Develop executive dashboards, create & standardize reporting templates, quickly respond to ad-hoc requests
Ensure validation of the data, outcome and manage stakeholders expectations and communications
Support on research and data management projects as required
Develop client-engagement skills by working closely with the senior leadership and ensuring on-time quality deliverables
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualification: B.Tech/ MBA/ Post-graduate (Economics /Statistics /comparable stream)
Rich experience in market intelligence/ market research/ analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong project management experience
Effective multi-tasking to prioritize & manage short-term and long-term deliverables
High level of analytical/logical ability and a solution approach mindset
Highly tenacious with an ability to interact confidently with leadership and global clientele
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Tableau and Statistical tools would be an added advantage
