Job Summary

Title: Business Analyst

Experience: 7+ yrs

Location: Bangalore

Educational Qualification: Master Degree ( Business/ IT/ Finance)

Roles & Responsibility:

- Responsible for the follow-up of strategic projects

- Responsible for continuous processes improvement for Insurance Operations

- Assisting Top Management to identify and conduct new projects in alignment with global
strategic plan

- Coordinating the launch of new group or regional projects into thirteen markets

- Represent, interface, and engage business teams

- Monitor and support the continuous improvement of project outcomes

- Responsible for requirements, user guides, training and level 2 support for applications

Skill Set:

•  In-depth understanding of the regional Insurance industry
•  Strong verbal and written communication in English
•  Extensive experience in handling changing business requirements against pre-defined  scope of work
•  Extensive experience in process mappings and operational efficiency
•  Extensive experience in application of technologies in the financial services industry
