Job Title: Senior Associate/ Team Lead - FPNA

Location: Chennai/ Pune

About the Organization:
Role is for leading ITES Global Giant and having PAN India Operations. Leading No 1 BPO in India with prospective expansion vision
Roles and responsibilities :

Should have at least 2-8 years of experience in FPNA Domain
Should be strong in FPNA operations with knowledge in Hyperion & VBA tool
Analyze the trends relating to financial metrics of Income statement such as sales expenditures and profit margin
Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments
Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis
Builds financial database by identifying sources of information; assembling verifying and backing up data
Prepares financial reports by collecting formatting analyzing and explaining information
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Identify business rules functional requirements non-functional requirements through cases and stakeholders;
Direct the gathering of requirements for applying technology solutions to satisfy corporate needs;
Work with the architects to develop integrated processes and reports
Must be flexible to work with night shifts
Immediate joiner only preferred.
