Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Characterization, debug, and validation of NAND Power Circuitry
• Partnering with product engineering, manufacturing, marketing, tester vendors, design engineering and RWB teams
• Providing technical training and expertise
• Developing NAND validation and characterization programs and using those programs to debug advanced NAND designs and features.
• Analyzing large data sets on NAND characteristics, proving design margin and functionality.
• Validating and qualifying the NAND functions according to the data sheet specification and in customer's designs and systems.
• Coordinating with global design and product teams for volume data collection and analysis.
• Assisting NAND design bring up, validation, reticle experiments, and firmware changes.
• Utilize engineering bench and testers to perform device characterization and electrical failure analysis

Qualifications
Successful candidates for this position will demonstrate:

• Strong knowledge of semiconductor characterization techniques and equipment.
• NAND device knowledge is preferred
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics
• Effective communication skills in written and spoken English
• Good multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Coding/Scripting and data analysis skills are desirable
• Strong presentation skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong self-motivation and enthusiasm

Education
Position requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics or related disciplines
