Should have 1 year to 2 year of relevant experience in IT Recruitment (Screening/Sourcing) but should be ready to work in Screening role.
Should have some basic knowledge or experience in screening for Super Niche/Niche skillset like Digital, Cloud, SAP.
Good communication skills,
Flexible with work timings or to work on Saturday
