To perform review including typos/formatting/grammar-related checks of all global and country-specific periodic aggregate safety reports assigned by the supervisor and complete the corresponding QC checklist within the assigned timeline.
To ensure the following aspects in all aggregate safety reports compiled by Periodic Report Specialists in accordance with the Client Style Manual:
Optimum readability through appropriate flow of the document
Consistent use of language/terminology
Absence of any spelling errors
Accurate and consistent grammar and tense usage
Appropriate punctuation usage
Formatting of documents as per respective template
Accuracy of table of contents/index
To provide training to Periodic Report Specialists on editorial skills based on the Client
Style Guide. To provide feedback to the Periodic Report Specialists on individual formatting error types and track their progress.
To effectively operate in an environment that requires negotiation persuasion collaboration and analytical judgment.
To provide daily progress update regarding the status of the assigned reports to the supervisor.
To ensure timely completion of all assigned project-related activities and trackers.
To ensure compliance to SOPs (client e-manuals and training modules) and other process-related documentation.
To provide suggestions to the supervisor on process improvements that can be carried out. On sign-off from supervisor assist in process improvement initiatives.
To share knowledge with other team members to ensure back-up and continuity of business.
To maintain client and corporate records for audits as per client requirements. Adhere to compliance requirements. Attend compliance trainings.
