Job Title: Software Project Manager

Experience: 9 to 14 Years

Department: C&S V2X , Connected Secure Gateway (CSGW) Programs

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. in Electronics/Communication/ Electrical/Instrumentation

EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUISITES
Experience in managing embedded programs (SW Development).
Experience in Micro-Controller, Microprocessor with distributed software architecture,
Technical Experience of Software Life cycle in Embedded RTOS Environment
Added advantage for exposure to V2X/Connected Gateway/Infotainment product domain.
Having good experience in Automotive domain as a Software Project Manager/ Software
Project Lead
Expertise in Agile Development Process
Familiarity with Automotive SPICE methodology.
Good negotiation and influencing skills demonstrates ability to respond to changes in
requirements, scheduling, and resource issues.
Good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal skills with an effective communication and
presentation ability.
Highly self-motivated, energetic and good communications skills.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead day to day activities of SW development team working on Control and Security projects.
Determine project and delivery content; provide Iteration planning updates, status updates,
task risks & Quality reports.
Feature tracking for the components/features.
Track and coordinate inputs/output deliverables from/to other competencies.
Monitor and measure performance at a project level (metrics).
Support Software process adherence and compliance with Quality assurance standards.
Coordinate/lead Iteration planning, stand-up meetings, SW Quality Audits.
