Job location: Pan India
Experience: 3-10 yrs in Argus
Candidate specification:

  • Must have experience in Argus Safety environments
  • trouble shoot case processing reporting/ resolving tickets
  • change control Customization working with interface
  • Data migrations
JD:

  • Work in the Clients Argus Safety environments to trouble shoot case processing reporting and database issues.
  • Have strong PL/SQL skills and work in resolving IM/PM/SR/CM tickets required as per L2/L3 support.
  • Work in drafting change control documents and deploy changes in the Argus lower and Production environments.
  • Prepare Technical Installation reports for formal deployment across environments
  • Participate in stand-up meetings with client IT support team and business team to provide status update on incident tickets and relevant activities.
  • Analyst will be required to have strong DB skills to work in Customers Argus database.
  • Work along with the team and managers in handling day-to-day business operational activities.

  • Quick learner
  • Life Science Domain knowledge (preferable)
  • Support Model/ITIL (preferable)
