Job Title : Associate/Analyst -Lease Administration and Abstraction Operations

Location: Chennai/Mumbai/Pune

About the Organization:

Role is for leading ITES Global Giant and having PAN India Operations. Leading No. 1 BPO in India with prospective expansion vision.
Job Description :

Candidate with 2-6 years of experience into Lease Abstraction and Administration supporting international clients into BPO industry.
Candidate will be aligned to finance operation vertical and will help in determining financial outcomes by collecting data/reports whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
Will be responsible for identifying new cross-sell opportunities cutting report cycle time increasing reporting accuracy and improves cash and capital forecasting.
Will be focused on revision of lease and abstraction of critical financial and non-financial terms into client lease administration systems.
Should be responsible for all activities pertaining to the overall lease administration process completion of standard and non-standard tasks within the defined scope delivery within defined SLAs of the project and the independent management of multiple deals.
