Job Title: Senior Process Executive- International AR Caller

Location: Pune

About the Organization:

Role is for leading ITES Global Giant and having PAN India Operations. Leading No. 1 BPO in India with prospective expansion vision.

Job Description:

Candidate must have 1+ years of experience in International AR Calling Process.
Must have experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Provide support for US Healthcare process.
Must have good experience in collections deduction and order management.
Provide on call support to global customer and provide the right response positively professionally and achieve customer delight.
Good communication skill is must.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Must be flexible for shifts including night shifts.
