Required skillset

Test Automation Expertise with minimum 5- 6 years of Hands on Live Project experience on UFT

MUST Programming Skillset: Java

Optional Programming Skillsets: C#, C++

Overall minimum 8+ yrs of professional experience in Automation Testing

Ability to deliver results with right Quality within right Time

Technical Leadership ability positive attitude to drive team in right direction with motivation

Understanding of Test Automation Framework Architecture

Excellent Oral and written communication demonstrated by ability to write and execute Framework Architecture documents.

Ability to communicate and work effectively with distributed teams demonstrated by documented work experience and references.

Understands apply the importance of knowledge capturing / sharing within the project environment

Hands on experience with devop tools

Responsibilities

Setting Up UFT Development environment

In the context of Teamcenter : Understanding business use cases, Manual Test Cases Automation content

Creation, maintenance and execution for Test scripts using UFT

Technical Mentoring to other team members as per project requirement.

Manage tasks and ensure successful delivery of test scripts

Ensure timely TA executions and reporting

Weekly status reporting

Manage technical communication with onsite and offshore team

Provide the Project Manager identified reports, status updates, and all other documentation as requested by the Project Manager or by their designee

Attend and participate in all meetings (e. g. , staff, project, etc. ) as requested by the SISW Project Manager or by their designee
