Services design manager

Location -gurgaon
Dept -projects

Accountabilities Metrics
HVAC Design Quality (on time and within budget) timelines of projects maintained
HVAC Execution and Snags fixes timely visits at site to ensure zero snag day 1 of operations
HVAC Bill closure bill closure within 5 days of project opening
Electrical Load and SLD documentation as and when required y developers

Key Competencies

autocad drafting
basic knowledge of MS office

Salary Bracket-10LPA
Years of Experience-5 onwards
