We are currently seeking a AWS Devops Engineer to join our team in Chennai, Tamil N du (IN-TN), India (IN).
Requirements for this role include:
- 5-7 years of overall operational experience with at least 2 years of AWS experience
- 2+ years of experience working in a diverse cloud support environment in a 24*7 production support model
- Fundamental understanding of cloud services
- Cloud administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting experience
- DevOps/scripting basic experience is a plus
- Able to work on On-Call rotations and provide shift hours support
- Provide Level 1 support
- Able to update SOPs/Run-books
- Great written and oral communication skills with internal and external customers
- Passion for delivering timely and outstanding customer service
- Able to work collaboratively and self-motivated to learn
Certifications:
- AWS Cloud Practitioner/SysOps Administrator/Developer Certifications
- Four Year BS/BA in Information Technology degree or equivalent experience
