We have an urgent opening for the post HR Recruiter at THR Consultants for our Internal Team

Designation: HR Recruiter (Permanent Staffing)
Job Location : Work from Home
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Hands on Experience in hiring .
2. Highly experienced in Job portals like Naukri, Times job, monster, shine etc.
3. Sourcing, screening and evaluating and recruiting candidates through a structured recruitment process
4. Shortlist and Interview candidates according to the Job requirement
5. Handle multiple job requirements in a fast paced environment.
6. The Recruiter is accountable for the end to end delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan.
7.The Recruiter administers the recruiting process for a small recruiting demand plan OR provides assistance in administering the recruiting process for a medium to large recruiting demand plan.
Desired Skill Set :
Understand recruiting demands and specific skill profiles
Ensure profiles are received through various channels
Screen applications and help select candidates
Candidate management and Offer negotiation
Responsible for post-offer management
Act as a point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting-related questions and concerns
Coordinate referral process of applicants
Utilize recruiting database and tools
Review recruit files for completeness
Conduct and distribute reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identify issues, and recommend actions
Provide external marketplace information to Recruiting Leadership
Cooperation and Communication:
Establish and maintain relationships with a stakeholder group
Deliver key marketing messages to recruiting team to ensure selling messages are integrated into the recruiting process
Cooperate with and provide status to Recruiting Leadership, other Recruiters, HR and Channel Management Sourcing regarding
Required Skills / Qualifications
Should have excellent communication skills. Should know Hindim and English
Basic phone and email etiquettes
Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure
Excellent negotiation skills.
1 Year HR recruiter experience required
Educational Qualifications-Undergraduates/ Graduate/ MBA
