Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer -Underwriting
Responsibilities:
Transaction processing for Underwriting Support Teams.
Client interactions via trainings, conference calls, emails etc.
Manage MIS activities and data collation
Work towards driving process improvements and initiatives
Submission review - Checking for completeness of data submitted by underwriters and following-up with underwriters (as required) for e.g. SOV, Slip etc.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate in any except technical stream
Meaningful work experience, preferably in Commercial, P&C Insurance/Underwriting domain in UK/US markets.
Understanding of P&C insurance
Proficiency in MS Excel
Should have wing to wing knowledge of the Underwriting lifecycle, Binding Authority bordereaux processing Must demonstrate and cultivate customer focus, collaboration, accountability, initiative and innovation.
Knowledge of Risk, Premium and Claims bordereaux
Good communication skill
Knowledge of excel formulas and regex is desirable
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent Interpersonal skills
Ability to handle the work pressure
Work as an outstanding teammate & highly motivated with problem solving skills
