Job Location- Delhi, Punjab, Rajasthan, UP, Haryana

Main Job Responsibilities:

Recruit:

The primary role is to drive quality recruitment of Life Advisors and build up the agency business.

Coach:

Develop Life Advisors to make them self dependent by setting goals for them, conducting reviews and assisting them in their career path with Kotak Life Insurance.

Leader:

Drive sales for the company through their team of life advisors, motivate their team and lead them in meeting the goals set forth by the company.

Job Specifications:

The candidate must be a graduate
Must have minimum 2 years of sales experience
Must be between 24-40 years of age
Must be a resident of Mumbai
