QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in hospitality management, public relations or relevant field is preferred
Intention to build a long-term career in the events space.
SKILLS:
Proficiency in MS Office
Basic knowledge of Google Sketch, Prezi, Vista
Excellent vendor management skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Creative thinker
Good Communication (written and verbal)
JOB DESCRIPTION-SENIOR EXECUTIVE(Operations)
Playing support and eventually lead role in Client meetings
Planning and executing technical & creative elements with attention to financial and time constraints
Researching and comparing Creative & Technical vendors (catering, decorators, musicians etc.) for the purpose of empaneling them with the organization
Assisting and eventually leading negotiations with the vendors for favorable terms for the organization as per the event requirements
Assisting in tracking the overall event expenses regularly
Offering solutions to resolve problems promptly
Leading the Venue Recce
