URGENT HIRING FOR QUALITY ANALYST IN INTERNATIONAL BPOHi,

We are an International BPO cum IT company .We have an urgent requirement of Experienced Quality Analyst with excellent communication skill in English for our International BPO(voice).
(WORK FROM OFFICE)
DESIGNATION- QUALITY ANALYST IN INTERNATIONAL BPO
We are hiring for US (NIGHT) Shift with Fixed Basic Salary.
Process- Electronic Login Device (ELD)(outbound/inbound)
Fixed Basic Salary - UPTO 15000 INR ( Full -Time Job )
Shift Timings - 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Eligibility -
a) Ability to speak in English Fluently.(mandatory)**
b) Education minimum 12 pass and above.
c) Age limit 18 to 40 yrs
d)Need to have call Monitoring experience for 1 year in international process.
JOB ROLE-
1)Monitoring and assessing the calls maintaining quality parameters.
2)Editing and auditing the calls.
3)Giving quality related feedback .
