Job Description
Our client manufacturer of Interface & Protocol Converters. The products are widely used for data communication in varied applications in the Instrumentation, Telecom, Industrial & Building Automation, Security and other industries. They are among the pioneers in designing and manufacturing Embedded Solutions / Micro Controller based Control & Automation products for network management the company having its head office at Pune.Position TitleProduction Manager/Assistant Manager

Educational Qualifications :Basic qualification (electronics & telecommunications)
Diploma/BSC/BE-Electronics/ENTC
Experience LevelMinimum: 8-10 Years
Job Knowledge (Must Have)
Able to handle production department independently
Must have worked with electronics/embedded components /semiconductors
Must be able to thoroughly grasp with the BOM of our products and be able to execute them into finish goods.
Enter records in excel/ERP system and maintain files
Should be able to plan deliveries in advance and execute them under timely schedules
Assessing project and resource requirements.
Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers.
Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
Determining quality control standards.
Leadership skills / Ability to handle a team of over 10 people.
The ability to use, repair and maintain machines and tools.
The ability to use your initiative.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Thinking and reasoning skills.
Job Knowledge (Added advantage)
Familiarity with
Understands Assembly/Manufacturing/testing procedures of instrumentation products
Familiarity of RS232, RS485 and ethernet interfaced products
Soft Skills
Should possess good English communication & interpersonal skills.
Should be proactive and self-motivated.
Should be willing to learn new technologies and continuously upgrade them.
Should be a good team player with understanding of the current market
