The products are widely used for data communication in varied applications in the Instrumentation, Telecom, Industrial & Building Automation, Security and other industries. They are among the pioneers in designing and manufacturing Embedded Solutions / Micro Controller based Control & Automation products for network management the company having its head office at Pune.Senior Service Engineer / Service Manager
Job description:
BE Elec / Diploma Elec / BSC Electronics
6 yrs + experience
Very sound technical fundamentals in Electronics, Basic Electronic Communication like RS232, RS485, Fiber, Ethernet, USB etc
Networking
Component Level debugging
Servicing / Repairs of Industrial Electronics Products
Exposure to AutoCad / Engineering of products is added advantage
Man management skills. May have a team of 2 to 3 people working under him
Provide technical support to sales & production department.
Installation / demo visits
Telephonic / remote support to customers on technical queries or configuration / communication Problems.
Analysis of problems & generate schematic and cable /wiring diagrams.
Testing of in-house Production batches.
Visual inspection of Assembled PCBs.
Documentation & Record maintenance like Service complaint Log / Token generation system / Service stock etc
VERY GOOD communication skills to convince / pacify customer with complaints, VERY GOOD Email ( English language) skils
