Job Description
Our client manufacturer of Interface & Protocol Converters. The products are widely used for data communication in varied applications in the Instrumentation, Telecom, Industrial & Building Automation, Security and other industries. They are among the pioneers in designing and manufacturing Embedded Solutions / Micro Controller based Control & Automation products for network management the company having its head office at Pune.Position Title : Purchase Assistant
Division : Purchase & Material
Location : Pune
Reports To : Purchase Manager
Educational Qualifications
Basic qualification (electronics & telecommunications)
Diploma/BSC/BE/MBA
Experience Level : Minimum: 1-2 years
Job Knowledge (Must Have)
Excel and communication skills
Best Negotiation skills
Relation building with vendors and suppliers
Maintaining purchase records
Basic knowledge of market
Knowledge of semiconductors, embedded components, etc
Job Knowledge (Added advantage)
Familiarity with electronics/embedded/semiconductor components
Interest in Supply chain and purchase
Instrumentation related items
Tally & ERP
Soft Skills
Should possess good English communication & interpersonal skills.
Should be proactive and self motivated.
Should be willing to learn new technologies and continuously upgrade them.
Should be a good team player with understanding of the current market
